Privacy Policy

Raqeem ('we', 'us') builds collaborative workflow software. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to raqeem.app and the connected tenant application at app.raqeem.app.

1. Data we collect

Account data (name, email, organization), workflow content you create, request and approval metadata, and routine technical logs (IP address, browser, timestamp) needed to operate the service securely.

2. How we use data

To provide the service, authenticate users, route requests, send transactional notifications, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and improve the product based on aggregated usage analytics.

3. Sharing and sub-processors

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with vetted sub-processors strictly necessary to deliver Raqeem (hosting, email delivery, error monitoring). A current list is available on request.

4. Data residency and retention

Customer data is stored in regions chosen at tenant provisioning time. Account data is retained while your subscription is active and for a short window after cancellation, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

5. Your rights

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. Contact us using the channel below and we will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

6. Changes to this policy

We will post material updates on this page and, where appropriate, notify account administrators by email before changes take effect.
