Terms of Service
Effective: May 18, 2026
These terms govern your access to and use of Raqeem. By creating an account or using the service on behalf of an organization you agree to be bound by them.
1. Accounts
You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account, for keeping credentials secure, and for ensuring that your use of Raqeem complies with applicable laws and your organization's policies.
2. Acceptable use
You will not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, or use it to store or transmit content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel renewal at any time from your billing settings.
4. Service availability
We work hard to keep Raqeem available, but the service is provided on an 'as-is' basis without warranty of uninterrupted operation. Scheduled maintenance windows will be announced in advance when possible.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raqeem will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability for any claim is capped at the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
6. Changes and termination
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to account administrators. Either party may terminate the agreement in accordance with the subscription plan.
